Once you have sent us an enquiry you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire asking for key details about your project. – This helps us to minimise contact when we come to view the garden.
After the questionnaire is complete we will arrange a time to come (social distanced) to see your garden. After this visit a fee quotation will be drawn up.
Fortunately lots of our design work can be done remotely from the studio or at home so this is unaffected. However, when presenting design ideas, plant mood boards to you we are now doing this on zoom.
When the garden is being built the contractor will let you know of their polices to make the creation of your new garden a cover safe experience for everyone. We are on hand throughout the construction process to offer advice.
Our horticultural services are all operating as usual. We are taking precautions that include wearing masks (where required), operating in small groups and sanitising hands and tools regularly.
In cases where work is being conducted in small gardens it may be necessary to have less people working in it to keep a social distance. This may then cause the work to take a little longer but there will be no impact on the overall price.
